We provide treatments and services at the salon you booked, on the date and at the time notified when your booking was confirmed. The time required depends on the menu you booked and may vary with the treatment and conditions on the day.

How to book and when a contract is formed

You can book through the booking system on this website, other booking sites, or by telephone. For bookings made through Square, the contract is formed when we have reviewed and approved your booking and sent you a booking confirmation. For bookings made through other booking sites, the contract is formed when the booking procedure on that site is completed and the booking is confirmed. For bookings made by telephone or similar means, the contract is formed when we have confirmed the date, time, and services with you and accepted your booking.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, please use the method provided by the booking site you used, or contact the salon by telephone or similar means. Cancellation fees are as follows: • Cancellation from 6:00 p.m. on the day before through the day of your booking: 50% of the booked service price • No-show: 100% of the booked service price If your booked time passes without you contacting us, this is treated as a no-show. If a booking site has its own cancellation policy, the terms presented when you booked apply.
